Our Mission
UOCEAN® 2050, a project of The Vayyu Foundation, is an ethnically diverse, non-profit initiative with a mission to connect people with water and heal our oceans.
We clean up rivers, canals, and coastlines, by hand, boat, or kayak, while installing barriers to stop plastic at source.
We educate through our Blue Ocean Academy, bringing ocean literacy and climate learning into schools. We advocate globally, amplifying community voices and building inclusive partnerships for ocean restoration.
From planting mangroves and coral reefs to releasing turtles and empowering local guardians - UOCEAN 2050 is creating a movement that cleans, educates, and advocates for our shared waters.

UOCEAN® 2050 - We actively engage isolated and underrepresented communities across the UK and globally in our conservation. Our methods of removing plastic pollution are by hand, kayak and boat and we are now installing plastic prevention river-barriers to increase our efficiency.
