Heights of Possibility opens the skies to young people from diverse and under-represented backgrounds.
Through eco-flight experiences* participants gain a new perspective of the planet—often for the first time—building confidence, curiosity, and belief.
The programme introduces nature-connected careers, from Pilots for Conservation and Impact deliveries to aerial surveyors, humanitarian aid and wildlife photographers avenues.
Each year, selected participants progress onto a more sustainable aviation pathway, working toward pilot training while embedding inspirational characteristics and environmental responsibility.
Heights of Possibility is about inspiration, access, and opening doors—showing young people that the sky is just the beginning.
We’re excited to share a short explainer video that brings Heights of Possibility to life. It shows how we’re opening up the skies to young people through eco-flight, conservation, and aviation pathways—creating real access, real opportunity, and real change. Watch on to see what’s possible when the right doors are opened.

Heights of Possibility - “Architects of Impossible”
We are a global speaking roadshow and showcase partnership built on two rare credentials:
‘Eight Global Awards’ in conservation and public movements and ‘Eight World Firsts’ in experiential international events and counting.
Together we tour stages, boardrooms and leadership forums around the world with a single focus — the mindset and collaboration required when different industries refuse to stay in their lanes and how that can inspire different ways of thinking.
At the heart of the Public Speaking is a simple but profound act — Lifting People. Lifting Audiences. Lifting teams. Done with purpose. Done sustainably. Done in a way that dynamically rewires perspectives and unlocks new ways of seeing.
Imagine a private showcase event on your rooftop, in your atrium, or at an exclusive offsite venue with oursevles.
We bring a proven world class keynote, immersive storytelling session, and live conversations that challenges conventional thinking. Your teams and clients witness first-hand how breakthrough innovation, collaborative working, and human aspiration can fuse into one powerful movement.

“Eco Friendly
Pilot Training”
“Under-represented
young people”
“Chance to become a
qualified pilot”
We use a blend of gliders and motor-gliders to train our pilots, gliding involves flying unpowered aircraft using the same naturally occurring currents of air that birds use to fly to soar above the natural world. Using these invisible currents of air, known as ‘lift’, you can soar to great heights and travel great distances around the country and gain the nessaccery hours that lead to a Pilots licence.
Successful candidates currently doing their PPL hours with us.
An example of two of our successful HOPE candidates which have began an incredible journey into the world of aviation, leadership and conservation.
Selected for their passion, determination and potential, they represent the future of a more diverse and inclusive aviation and conservation industry. Through the Heights of Possibility programme, they will gain hands-on flight experience, mentorship, STEM learning and opportunities to grow both personally and professionally through completing their PPL sponsored by RVL Aviation.
They are proof that with belief, opportunity and support, young people can truly reach new heights.
The Team

We use an array of light aircraft including Gliders and The Grob 109b which is a super-efficient motor glider, with impressive soaring capabilities.
It is used in many fields and is a very capable training aircraft which has been developed into the perfect day and night aerobatic display vehicle
The Location
We started in the UK and now operate nationally and internationally.
