“THE HEIGHTS OF
POSSIBILITY”
Heights of Possibility
Heights of Possibility is an inspirational programme opening the skies to young people from diverse and disadvantaged backgrounds.
Through the life-changing experience of eco-flight, participants gain a new perspective of the planet—often for the very first time—building confidence, curiosity, and belief in what’s possible. Beyond flying, the programme introduces a world of nature-connected futures: from Pilots for Conservation, to safari park pilots, aerial surveyors, nature photographers, and other careers that protect and celebrate the natural world.
Each year, selected young people progress onto a sustainable aviation pathway through gliders and motor gliders, working toward pilot training while embedding environmental responsibility at the heart of their journey.
Heights of Possibility is about inspiration, access, and opening doors—helping young people see that the sky isn’t the limit, but the start of many possible futures.
Heights of Possibility opens the skies to young people from diverse and disadvantaged backgrounds, using eco-flight to inspire confidence, broaden horizons, and unlock future pathways in conservation, aviation, and nature-led careers.

“Eco Friendly

“Chance to become a
qualified pilot”
We use a blend of gliders and motor-gliders to train our pilots, gliding involves flying unpowered aircraft using the same naturally occurring currents of air that birds use to fly to soar above the natural world. Using these invisible currents of air, known as ‘lift’, you can soar to great heights and travel great distances around the country and gain the nessaccery hours that lead to a Pilots licence.

The Plane
The Grob 109b is a super-efficient motor glider, with impressive soaring capabilities. It is used in many fields and is a very capable training aircraft which has been developed into the perfect day and night aerobatic display vehicle
We train our future pilots for 30 hours in a thermal powered eco-glider and the last 10 hours in a Grob 109b air plane with an engine to reduce our environmental impact.
The Location
We have started in Leicestershire and will be expanding nationally and internationally.
